Do you clean tile and grout?

Yes we do, Kleenright UK is one of the few approved hard floor surface cleaning (tile and grout) firms in the area. We only use the latest equipment and cleaning solutions to take care of your natural or ceramic hard floor surface. Our high pressure turbo cleaners attached to our truck-mounted system removes the soil and stains from your tile and grout lines and then takes it out to our truck. Your floor will be clean and dry in a short time and, if you require, we can seal your grout. We use a top-of-the-Range, commercial sealant that penetrates the grout and can last from 3 to 5 years!

What is the difference between dry cleaning and steam cleaning?

Steam cleaning is definitely the best cleaning method for most cleaning situations AND, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY THE LEADING CARPET MANUFACTURERS, but there are a few circumstances where dry cleaning is appropriate. Residential carpet cleaning is always done best with a powerful truck mount carpet cleaning system that will remove stains and soil all the way down to the backing of the carpet.

For regular cut pile carpet, there is no reason to use a dry cleaning method due to our new ROTARY SYSTEM. We can deep steam clean your carpet and get it dry in less than two hours! Spots and stains won’t return, and you will be amazed at the results.

The encapsulation method utilizes a special chemical that is applied to the carpet and then worked in using a special pad. The soil is essentially rolled into a ball and and extracted from the fibres. This is a brand new method of cleaning and at Kleenright UK we think it’s the best way to dry clean carpet.

Do you clean upholstery?

We are one of the few NCCA certified upholstery cleaning firms in the area. This is important for upholstery, because it is pretty hard to ruin someone’s carpet, but quite easy to harm upholstery fabric. Cottons and Haitian cotton, along with silk, rayon and other synthetic fabric can be difficult to clean. We have a unique dry cleaning process that we use on any hard-to-clean fabric. We can even remove water rings from cotton, silk, and other natural fabric upholstery! Please give us a call before you have just anybody work on your valuable upholstery.

What does NCCA certification mean?

Is carpet healthy?

The EPA did a study of indoor air quality and discovered that home with carpet had cleaner air than homes with hard floor surfaces. How could this be? The fact of the matter is that carpet traps particles that float in the air until vacuumed out.

What type of equipment do you use?

Now that’s an important question. At Kleenright UK, we have absolutely the best equipment in Liverpool. Our vacuums are so powerful, our technicians have to be careful not to pull the carpet right off the edgeing strips.  Our trucks carry the amazing HYDRA MASTER ROTARY EXTRACTORS. These high tech machines give a deep steam cleaning and the carpet is dry in just a few hours! Other cleaners don’t have this equipment because it’s too expensive, but we have them on our vans.

Unless your carpet’s traffic areas are being cleaned with these high tech rotary machines, your carpet simply is not being cleaned in the best possible fashion. These machines are the best thing for carpet cleaning. We cannot tell you how many times we have saved a carpet that was ready for the tip, and after  Rotary  cleaning, they looked brand new.

Unfortunately, the Rotary Cleaner cannot be used on berber carpets. Our regular wands and powerful vacuums will have your berber carpet looking great. The powerhouse behind all of our equipment is our £30,000 truck-mount system. Our vacuums are so powerful, they actually run off the 300 horsepower van engines. This is another reason why your carpets will be dry before you know it and, no soapy residue will be left on your carpet or hard floor surface.

What about unwanted odours?

Once again, an NCCA certified firm is what you want to look for in determining what company to use for eliminating odours. Kleenright UK has been a certified odour control company since 1998 and is an expert in the area of foul smelling odours such as cigarette, “wet dog”, musty, and a host of other hostile odours.

Urine odour is the number one offending odour we have to deal with and we know through years of experience how to remove this problem. After we find the source with our urine detectors, we then apply a new-to-the-industry solution that works incredibly well. After letting the solution soak the carpet and pad, we then put a device on the carpet that pulls the urine and solution through our hoses and out to the truck.

Cigarette smell can usually be removed after we “thermal fog” the area and the “wet dog” smell is eliminated through our specialty carpet cleaning and an additional solution.
